Thank you for placing your order with us. Once your order is received, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Email. The order would be shipped to a local address (excluding P.O. Box) only. Kindly share your preferred delivery date and time; we will schedule the delivery as soon as possible.
Please ensure someone is available to sign off on the package for courier delivery. In the event that nobody is available to sign off on the delivery, your order will be sent back to us. We will impose additional charges for subsequent arrangements of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a defective or damaged item. If you receive such an item, please contact us at sales@agneslxy.com within three (3) days of receiving it. Include your order number and provide a detailed description of the defect/damage, along with photos or videos for reference. We will promptly guide you through the next steps.
After receiving the necessary information, we will thoroughly examine the item(s) and notify you via email regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

If you’re looking to cancel your pre-scheduled workshop(s) for whatever reason, we can understand. We offer full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You can request for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. For a refund, drop us a note at hello@thebiblographer.com and include your order number for our reference.
